Camp Itinerary:

• 9:00-9:30 am - Dynamic Warm-Up & Stretch

• 9:30-10:00 am - Corporate Instruction

• 10:00-10:15 am - Snack and Water Break

• 10:15-11:30 am - Station Drills

• 11:30-Noon - Guest Speaker

• Noon - Say “Goodbye” to the Little Eagles

• Noon-12:30 pm - Lunch

• 12:30-1:30 pm - Team Practice

• 1:30-2:00 pm - Individual Competitions for prizes

• 2:00-3:00 pm - League games
